How the 66 GB per 2 days traffic works
Section 8, "Premium account", of the Terms of Service sets the traffic rules:
- 66 GB per 48 hours: it does not reset at midnight; it counts what you used in the last 48 hours.
- Comes back gradually: when you hit the limit, the traffic you used 48 hours ago frees up first, so you don't have to wait for all of it.
- Check it on My Account: the page shows your current remaining traffic.
- Need more? Ask support: for large files, HotLink.cc says it can raise your limit individually (for example to 100 to 128 GB per 48 hours) or sell extra traffic where technically possible. The administration decides, and can change or revoke it.
How to activate a premium key
The official FAQ says a key bought from a reseller is activated on the My Account page:
- Log in to hotlink.cc (or sign up for free).
- Open My Account from the top menu.
- Paste the key and activate it.
The premium page says the same: if you already have a premium key, activate it on the My Account page. With a key, you don't enter card details on HotLink.cc or an overseas payment page.
Premium not recognized or not working

- The site doesn't recognize your login: make sure your browser allows cookies and that no firewall or ad blocker blocks them, then log in again (official FAQ).
- You used up your traffic: check the remaining amount on My Account. Downloads work again once part of the last 48 hours' traffic is restored.
- Download tools: the Terms ban programs that get a file's download link without visiting its page (RapidGet, USDownloader, etc.). A download manager for resuming downloads is what the FAQ recommends.
- Sharing or debrid: sharing a premium account with friends or relatives, or using it through debrid/leech services, can get the account deleted (Terms 4.6).
Refunds, purchase limits and renewal
- Refunds only for duplicates and similar: refunds cover unauthorized or accidental duplicate purchases. Money is not refunded if a file disappoints you, nor for unused premium days. Only card payments (Visa, Mastercard) are guaranteed refundable, and a fee may be deducted (Payment Policy).
- 2 purchases a day: to prevent fraud, one user can buy no more than 2 additional services per day (Terms 9.1).
- Some plans renew: the Payment Policy says some plans have an initial charge followed by recurring charges. If you buy on the official site, check whether your plan renews. A premium key is a one-time purchase and never renews.
- 18 or over: the Terms limit the service to users aged 18 or over.
