The short answer
To use a Xubster premium key, log in, open "My Account" in the top menu, paste the key into the "Apply Premium Key" field and click "Apply".
Official Premium prices are $24.95 for 31 days, $49.95 for 90 days, $86.95 for 180 days and $112.95 for 1 year (October 2026).
Premium gives you high download speed, simultaneous downloads, no waiting, 2TB of storage and no ads. A free account has 1GB of storage and 1024MB of traffic a day.
How to use your premium key
- After your purchase, find the premium key in the email we send and in your account on our site.
- Log in to Xubster (xubster.com). If you do not have an account, create one for free with "Sign Up" at the top right (enter a username, email address and password).
- Open "My Account" in the top menu.
- Paste the key into the "Apply Premium Key" field in the second row of the table and click the green "Apply" button.
When you paste the key, make sure there are no spaces before or after it. Extra spaces can stop even a valid key from working.
You can also open the key entry page (Premium key activation) from "Already have a premium key? Activate it" at the bottom of the official Premium page. Either way works the same.
What Xubster Premium gives you
The official Premium page lists these benefits (October 2026):
- High download speed
- Simultaneous downloads
- No delays (no waiting)
- 2TB of storage
- No ads
- 24/7 support
On a free account, the My Account page shows 1GB of storage (Used space) and 1024MB of traffic available today. For large files, a free account runs out of traffic quickly.
Official prices and which plan to pick
Xubster sells four plans on its site: 31 days, 90 days, 180 days and 1 year (October 2026, in US dollars).
| Length | Official price | Per day | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 31 days | $24.95 | $0.80 | Trying it out, short-term use |
| 90 days | $49.95 | $0.56 | A few months of use |
| 180 days | $86.95 | $0.48 | About half a year |
| 1 year | $112.95 | $0.31 | Using it all year |
The longer the plan, the lower the price per day. The 1-year plan costs less than half as much per day as the 31-day plan.
We sell the same four lengths in Japanese yen, from ¥4,980 (about $32) for 31 days. See the Xubster Premium product page for our prices.
Is Xubster safe? What to check before paying
Here is what the official site says:
- Payments: the Premium page states "All transactions are safe and secure", "All data is encrypted" and "We do not store any customers data".
- Passwords: the Terms of Service say only password hashes are stored. If you forget your password, you reset it.
- Who can use it: the Terms of Service require users to be over 18.
- What you cannot upload: illegal material, viruses and malware are banned by the Terms of Service, and accounts that break the rules can be suspended without notice.
When you buy from us, we never receive your card details: payment is handled by Stripe, a payment service used worldwide. You do not need to enter payment details on Xubster at all.
If the key does not work
- Check that there are no spaces around the key and that you pasted the right key.
- Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to upgrade.
- If it still does not work, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will check and replace the key or refund you.
