EX-LOAD sells two plans: Premium (50GB of traffic a day, high download speed) and Premium Pro (200GB a day, unlimited download speed, unlimited file size).
Official Premium prices are $23.95 for 30 days, $36.95 for 60 days, $47.95 for 90 days and $109.95 for 365 days. Premium Pro is $34.95, $49.95, $61.95 and $129.95 (November 2026).
The official premium page says "No auto-renewal", and that a premium key you already have is activated on the "My Profile" page.

Which one to pick comes down to traffic. If you download less than 50GB a day, Premium covers it. If you move large archives or many files every day, Premium Pro gives four times the daily traffic and removes the speed cap.

Both plans are sold for 30, 60, 90 and 365 days (November 2026, US dollars).

Under the Premium tab the page also shows a 30-day card for $1.00. The page does not explain its conditions, so check them on ex-load.com before you rely on it.
The page notes that "with some payment methods, an additional payment system commission may apply", so the final price can be higher than the listed one.
No auto-renewal
The official premium page lists "No auto-renewal" and "Instant activation" under its checkout notes. A premium key works the same way: you pay once and the premium time ends on its expiry date.
Where to activate an EX-LOAD premium key
The official premium page says: if you already have a premium key, you can activate it on the "My Profile" page.
- After your purchase, find the key in the email we send and in your account on our site.
- Log in to ex-load.com with the account you want to upgrade.
- Open "My Profile" and enter the key there.
Check that there is no space before or after the key when you paste it.
If the key does not work, contact us with your order number. An unused key can be refunded within 7 days of delivery.
