30-day and 90-day plans bought on k2s.cc renew automatically; 365-day plans are a one-time payment. To stop renewal, open your profile on k2s.cc and click "Cancel auto-renew subscription" under NEXT REBILL DATE.

Is there a Keep2Share free trial?

If you only wanted a few days, cancel the renewal right after you pay.
How to cancel Keep2Share auto-renewal
- Log in to k2s.cc.
- Open your profile.
- Under NEXT REBILL DATE, click "Cancel auto-renew subscription".
After cancelling you keep premium until the next rebill date, then the account goes back to free and you are not charged again.
Voucher codes: premium without a subscription
A voucher (activation) code is a 40-character code, for example 3be4cc6265f7e28da49dc4cdc357b4de0389199d in Keep2Share's own help. You log in at k2s.cc and enter it at k2s.cc/auth/activationcode. Because each code is used once, nothing renews.
If a code from a reseller does not arrive or does not work, Keep2Share asks you to contact the reseller first. If the reseller does not answer within 72 hours, check your spam folder, then send Keep2Share the order number, a screenshot of the payment and the reseller's website.
Payment problems on the official site
From Keep2Share's help center ("Financial issue"):
- Card declined or payment error: try again, then contact Keep2Share with a screenshot of the error, the page URL, your payment method and whether you got a 3D Secure code.
- Paid but no days added: check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email. If the receipt came from a payment processor, send Keep2Share the payment date, transaction number, email, order number and method (for cards, only the first 6 and last 4 digits).
- Gift cards: accepted for US customers only, a requirement of the payment gateway.
- One account per person: Keep2Share does not allow multiple accounts for one user and deletes them if found, so making new accounts for repeated trials is not an option.
